On 17 July 2012 There was meeting for people who in valves with the project to answer the questionnaire about the nation forest, followed the Strengthening of the National Forest Information System in terms of the department of National parks, wildlife and plan conservation.

          The meeting was held at the planning and information bureau meeting room Royal forest department, It the meeting, the National Consultant  Asst .Prof Dr. weeraphart  Khunnrattanasiri  explained how to answer the questionnaire and the project manager Mr. somchai Manoppiroomporn  explained the background of the project of the project to the attendees
